During pregnancy you think you will remember these months, weeks and days forever. Once you gave birth your entire focus shifts to your little one and you might forget a lot what happened during your pregnancy, let alone what you looked like. It is something we often hear from second or third times mums. We love to help you remember what you look like pregnant, proud and beautiful.

We all have our scars, dimples, moles or other ‘

We all have our scars, dimples, moles or other ‘skin accessories’ that make us even more unique. Bigger or fresh scars are often captured in the 3D images we take - I (Charlotte) have for example a pretty clear caesarean section scar on the sculpture of my second pregnancy, a little souvenir from from my first birth a year earlier.

If your scar is visible on our image it is actually up to you if you wish to have it on your sculpture. In general we will keep it unless you mention to us that you want to have it removed, it is a personal touch. You can keep in mind for example emotional attachment to it and if it will feel like you without your scar.

The lady in this video have had abdominal surgery leaving her with visible scars which are even more clear in this glossy finish. Love that she proudly shows this part of her as well next to growing her little one ♥️

The last one you can prepare at home! 🤰 After creating many many sculptures we know exactly what works well and what might be less favourable during your posing session. Below are 3 things to avoid when posing:

🦩 highly uncomfortable pose: we are open to many many poses, especially dancers love to play around with various poses resulting in wonderful sculptures. If you’re highly pregnant your balance shifts what can make it a bit more challenging. Keep in mind that we ask you to hold a pose for about 2 minutes, have a try at home and if you find it challenging please mention it to us so we can start with that pose. Also keep in mind that if you feel uncomfortable, you might appear uncomfortable on your sculpture as well.

🦢 give in to the ‘pregnancy posture’: growing your baby in your bump, and the other changes that happen to your body (eg. larger breast, hip flexibility), can affect your posture. Your shoulders can be a bit slouched by the weight from the front and your hips are slightly different as well. As much as we love a natural pose, a slouched pose is often not the goal. We will remind you to swing your arms to get those shoulders loose and you can stand up proud posing for your wonderful bust.

🩲 wear big knickers: we completely understand if you prefer to keep your underwear on - posing for us is not something you do regularly - we recommend though to wear or bring a seamless thong. If you are not sure feel also free to bring multiple options and we can help you finding the right one. The difference will be worth it, wearing a thong results in a very natural silhouette from both the front and back while your knickers will show a flat bum without ‘cleave’. We completely understand that knickers might be more comfortable at this stage but please bring a thong with you if you don’t wish to be completely undressed.
