GROWTH MANAGER
Title: Growth Manager (2-3 days a week, flexible hours, partly remote, 1 day in London)
Milestonable creates beautiful, meaningful art for women marking life’s biggest moments. We’re a small growing brand, started in 2021, with a talented team of specialist freelancers – and are looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth Manager to help us reaching more women at the right time and grow our business.
The role:
This is a varied, high-ownership role for someone who loves being across everything. It is a new role and we are looking for someone with the right fit and passion, if your experience is different but you feel you can do this, please apply as well.
You’ll work closely with the founder 2-3 days a week, leading on:
– Sales & revenue – identifying and pursuing new channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities
– Marketing – owning our marketing strategy, online and offline
– Meeting our wonderful clients – joining our studio team 1 day a week for the first months; you will lead the sessions and meet our clients, giving you much insights that will help you in the role of Growth Manager.
– Strategy & business development – helping shape where we go next
You are:
– Experienced generalist who ran or grown a DTC brand before
– Strong on marketing and sales
– Comfortable with both strategy and execution
– Entrepreneurial mindset
– Genuinely excited by the maternity, body acceptance, art and lifestyle space we operate in
We offer:
– Part time role, 2-3 days a week
– Flexible hours (eg. during schooltime)
– Partially remote (1 day a week in Soho, London)
– A purpose-driven role: help more women eternalising moments that are so precious
– Base salary + performance (sales) percentage
