We recommend booking your sculpture as soon as you know you’d love one, so you have the best chance of securing a date that works for you.

You can see our latest availability on the Book Me In page. Fridays and Saturdays are our most popular days and tend to book up first.

Yes. If your pregnancy has already passed, we can recreate your bump using photographs taken while you were pregnant.

We’ll capture your body as it is today using our 3D camera, then carefully recreate your pregnancy bump from your photographs to create your sculpture.

Or, if you’d love to capture this new chapter instead, we can create a motherhood sculpture of you with your baby. We usually recommend these sessions while your little one is up to four months old.

Our sculpture sessions take place at our lovely studio on Brewer Street in Soho, London (W1F 0SG).

We’re easy to reach by public transport, with Tottenham Court Road, Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus stations all within walking distance. Perfect if you live in London, work here or travel by train. Combine a visit to us with exploring Central London.

Most Milestonable sculpture sessions take around an hour.

We’ll start by getting to know you, showing you examples of our sculptures and explaining how everything works. You’ll then have the chance to explore different poses before we capture your favourites using our 3D camera.

It’s your session, so we’ll help you feel comfortable throughout the experience.

Just two minutes per pose! That’s all the time our 3D camera needs to capture your silhouette. Afterwards, you can relax, see yourself in 3D and decide whether you’d like to try another pose or make any little adjustments.

Not at all! That’s what we’re here for. We’ll show you different examples and help you explore a few poses in front of the mirror until you find one that feels right for you.

If you’d like a little inspiration beforehand, you can always browse our previous sculptures on our website or Instagram. Otherwise, simply come as you are, and we’ll figure it out together.

Of course! You’re very welcome to bring your partner, a friend or a family member along for a little moral support.

The most important thing is that you feel comfortable during your session.

Please note that we don’t have a separate waiting area in our building. If you’d prefer some privacy while posing, your guest can enjoy one of the lovely coffee shops nearby and rejoin you afterwards.

Absolutely! A Milestonable sculpture makes a wonderfully personal gift, whether you’re celebrating a pregnancy, motherhood or someone special.

If you already have a date in mind, you can book a sculpture session directly through our booking page. Just let us know it’s a gift and whether you have a particular budget, so we can tailor the options we show during the session.

Of course! You don’t need to be pregnant to celebrate your body.

Our bespoke body sculptures are for women at every stage of life. Whether you’re marking a personal milestone, celebrating how far you’ve come or simply want a beautiful piece of art that’s entirely you, we’d love to create something special together.

You’ll enjoy the same personalised experience at our London studio, where we’ll help you find a pose that feels right for you.

We know how special your sculpture is, and we’re here to help if something happens to it.

If your sculpture is accidentally damaged or broken after you’ve received it, we can create a replacement for you, with £100 off the listed price of your new sculpture.

If your sculpture arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, and send us photographs of the damage. We’ll arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or remake at no additional cost to you.

We understand that plans can change!

If you need to cancel or reschedule your sculpture session, please let us know as soon as possible. You can do this directly through your booking confirmation email.

The more notice you can give us, the better, as it allows us to offer your appointment to someone else.

Yes! You don’t need to make every decision during your appointment. After your session, we’ll email you so you can confirm your preferred pose, size, finish and any little details you’d like us to keep or remove.

If you change your mind after sending us your preferences, please let us know within two weeks. After that, your sculpture may already be well underway, so whether we can make further changes will depend on how far we’ve progressed.

There’s no need to worry about your delivery address just yet! We know a lot can change while we’re creating your sculpture, especially if you’re preparing for a new arrival or moving home.

Once your sculpture is ready, we’ll email you to confirm your delivery details. This helps us make sure your sculpture arrives at the right place and at a convenient time.

We hope you’ll fall in love with the idea of your very own sculpture, but we understand that circumstances can change.

If you decide not to go ahead after your session, please let us know as soon as possible.

Our current policy provides for a £100 session charge to cover the time and equipment used during your appointment. This would be deducted from any applicable refund, subject to your statutory rights.

Yes! We can arrange international delivery, so you can enjoy your Milestonable sculpture even if you live outside the UK.

If you have a UK delivery address available, such as a family member’s or friend’s home, we recommend considering this option to reduce the distance your sculpture needs to travel.

Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to additional customs or import charges, which are your responsibility.

Returns, Remakes & Customer Satisfaction Policy

Every sculpture is individually handcrafted and created specifically for you. Each piece is deeply personal, and our goal is to create something that you will love, cherish, and feel proud to display for years to come.

Because every sculpture is bespoke, we do not offer returns or refunds if you changed your mind or because the finished piece differs from personal expectations. Instead, we are committed to working with you until your sculpture feels right.

Our Promise

If you’re not completely happy with your finished sculpture, please get in touch with us. We will work with you to find the best solution. Depending on your concerns, this may include:

• Refining or repairing specific details.
• Adjusting or changing the finish or patina.
• Making alterations where possible.
• Remaking the sculpture if necessary.

Our priority is always to create a sculpture that you truly connect with and are proud to own.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Every sculpture is created exclusively for the individual or family who commissioned it. Due to the personal and bespoke nature of our work, these pieces cannot be resold or repurposed for another customer.

For this reason, our focus is always on improving the sculpture rather than returning it. We believe this approach results in the best outcome for you and ensures each artwork receives the care and attention it deserves.

Working Together

Creating a bespoke sculpture is a collaborative process. We encourage open communication throughout your commission, and if any aspect of the finished piece doesn’t meet your expectations, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible.

We will discuss your concerns with you and agree on the most appropriate solution. In the vast majority of cases, thoughtful refinements or, where appropriate, a remake will achieve the result you’re looking for.

Damaged Items

If your sculpture arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damage.

We will arrange the appropriate repair, replacement, or remake at no additional cost to you.

Our Commitment

Milestonable sculptures start from £557, including your sculpture session, bespoke sculpture, VAT and postage. The final price depends on the size and finish you choose, with a range of options available to see and feel during your session.
