How it works
We can imagine that meeting us can be very much out of your comfort zone. This is very understandable and we will do our utmost best to make you feel at ease before, during and after your session. Read below what you can expect during your session.
During your appointment you will be welcomed by Amelia, Carly or Charlotte. We are all mums ourselves and love to hear about you and your pregnancy.
The video of Serena’s posing session with Carly will give you a good impression of what you can expect.
We start the session by having a little chat followed by showing you our example sculptures. These examples are in all different finishes, poses and sizes, and will give you an impression of what your sculpture could look like. We will explain to you how the process works and how we will capture you with our 3D camera. This camera only captures your contours and won’t show any colours. We will exclude your face for privacy reasons. Once the process is clear and there are no questions, we will leave you alone so you can change into our dressing gown. You are welcome to wear a seamless thong if you prefer so.
Now the exciting part starts, we will practice and optimise your preferred poses in front of the mirror followed by the real posing. You will be asked to hold your first pose for two minutes after which you can see yourself immediately in 3D. This is a beautiful and liberating experience as you will see your pregnant body like you have never seen it before. Be honest to us and if you wish to have your hand a bit lower or higher, we will repeat htat pose with your hand in the right position. When you are happy with your selection of poses, we will start working on your bespoke artwork.
After your little one arrived and while you’re enjoying all the baby cuddles, your sculpture will be delivered to your home, ready to be cherished forever.
How it works

Book your session
Timing is key, especially when you’re pregnant. We recommend to book when you know you would love to have a pregnancy sculpture so we can meet at the perfect time for a beautiful bump. Our recommendation is around week 30 to week 35 in your pregnancy; let’s create your own artwork!

We meet for your session
During your appointment you will meet Charlotte, Amelia or Carly who will show you examples of sculptures and materials. They guide you into the right pose to capture you beautifully, a wonderful experience where you can see your (pregnant) body in a way you haven’t seen before: in 3D.

We create your sculpture
When you are happy with your pose, we will start working on your bespoke artwork in bronze, copper or a beautiful colour and give it all the aftercare it needs. Once it is finished, your sculpture will be delivered to your home, ready to be cherished forever.
What other women said
“Seeing myself in a 3D image felt incredibly empowering“
“The session was very relaxing, chilled and low key. Talking with Amelia felt like talking with an old friend. I was a little worried it may be awkward but quite the opposite! Amelia really put me at ease and I chose a natural pose so it was more comfortable. Seeing myself in a 3D image felt incredibly empowering. I felt so beautiful and loved seeing all the angles of my body. I was so proud of myself for carrying my baby.”

“I felt at ease straight away“
“It was a very relaxed atmosphere, so I felt at ease straight away. The capturing goes a lot quicker than I expected, in just 2 minutes which flew by. It was nice that Carly suggested variations to the poses I tried and loved the soft dressing gown for in between the poses. It was fun and a bit of a proud moment to see the first results on the laptop. “

“It truly gave me more appreciation of my body and a sense of pride“
“I felt really liberated! The session had such a positive impact on the reflection of my own body. Capturing it like this, and seeing the sculpture as a result, it truly gave me more appreciation of my body and a sense of pride. Also Charlotte is such a personable host and her approach really made me feel at home. I would highly recommend this experience regardless in what stage of life you are!”

Frequently Asked Questions
You can find the most received questions and answers below
If your question is not included, please send us an email to [email protected] and we can answer your question to you.
I'm pregnant and want to capture my beautiful bump, what is the best time to do this?
Congratulations! The best time would be between week 30 and week 35 of your pregnancy, during these weeks you will have a beautiful bump. After week 35 there is an increased chance that you will give birth before we have had the posing session. If you are pregnant with twins, I would recommend to book the Milestonable posing session between week 28 and week 33, for the same reason as above, after week 33 there is an increased chance that you will give birth before we captured your beautiful bump.
Do I need to book a session far in advance?
Our recommendation is to book the Milestonable scanning session as soon you know the date to avoid disappointment when the date has been booked by someone else. We have our calender open on the ‘book me in’ page, that is where you can see what dates are still available.
Where will the posing session take place?
The posing session will take place at the studio in Soho at Brewer Street in London. This location is very easy to reach when you plan to travel by train and/or tube – a few minutes from Tottenham Court Road, Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus station.
How long does a posing session take?
Most posing sessions take about an hour; we will have a look at the example sculptures, explain how the posing works and we will try poses that you love.
How long do I have to pose?
Each 3D image that will be taken of you will take about 2 minutes. After the scan you can relax and we can have a look into a different pose if you want to.
Do I have to know the pose I want before we meet?
No, we will have a look at various example poses together plus you can try multiple poses to see which one feels as best option for your sculpture. You can have a look for some examples on this website or on our instagram page.
What do I wear during a posing session?
It is entirely up to you what you wear while posing for your sculpture – if you wish to have a very natural silhouette I suggest to opt for seamless underwear, preferably a thong. You are also free to not wear underwear at all if you feel comfortable to do so. I will have a dressing gown for you to wear before, after and in between poses.
Can I bring a friend or my partner to a posing session?
Yes, everyone is welcome as long as you feel comfortable during the session.
I want to give my wife, friend, mother, sister, girlfriend, daughter a personal sculpture of herself, can I book it for her?
Yes you can book it at the page ‘book me in’, please let me know if it is a gift so I come prepared. If you don’t have a date yet that the Milestonable scanning session can take place you can send me an email ([email protected]) and I will create a beautiful voucher for you.
Do you also create sculptures of women who are not pregnant?
Yes of course, all female bodies are beautiful and worth capturing!
When can I expect to receive my personal sculpture?
Creating your sculpture takes time, we love to make it beautiful and ready to treasure forever. Below you can find the expected timelines per finish:
Notting Hill: 4 months
Hackney: 4 months
Soho: 4 months
Marylebone: 6 months
Chelseea: 8 months
What if my sculpture breaks of damages?
